All successful athletes have gone through fears and fear of failures. But before becoming successful, they have mastered how to rewire their minds. For example, Michael Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team, and then went on to win six NBA championships and five MVP awards.

When you do fail, acknowledge it, learn from it, and then do your best to be better because of it.
