Things are beginning to move fast and I am excited and nervous at the same time.

September 9th – 17 will be our 1st Annual Coach Joe Free-Throw-A-Thon.

The first is always nerve-racking. I am consistently thinking will we have enough people to participate? Will we have enough people to donate? Did I do enough to get the word out? Will I let the children down by not raising enough money?

Have you done events and felt that way? Please let me know I am not alone.

We are consistently getting approached by parents to help their children. Instead of helping one or two student-athletes here and there, we have created an Endowed Sponsorship Fund so we can serve more children every year.

This Is How

The principal amount of the funds will be conservatively invested in accordance with our Investment Policy and Procedures.

Each year, the investment from the funds will be used exclusively to award sponsorships to deserving student-athletes.

This will allow your gift to benefit student-athletes every year forever!

Although we have helped 44 students get into college, 23 get jobs and 8 start a business, the Endowment Fund will allow us to consistently sponsor a predictable number of children every year. September will be our first deposit in the Endowment fund; now can you see why I am nervous and excited?
