Crowder, now a wide receiver plays for the Washington Redskins.

Standing 5ft 9in. and weighting 185lb; Crowder plays with strong football confidence and processed the lessons imparted to him by his coaches and mentors through the years. With remarkable speed, hard route-running ability, powerful hands and sharp intelligence, it is the ideal mental and physical makeup that makes him a winner.

Despite his pulled hamstring and being out of practice for some time, Crowder’s performance on August 29 showed his football mental toughness as he caught four passes for 41 yards and a touchdown that made NFL top 5 catches.

Jamison Crowder, born in Monroe, North Carolina began his career in football at Monroe High School under the guidance of Coach Jonny Sowell. He was a three year letterman and his football confidence helped Monroe to a three-year 29-10 with three state playoff berths. Crowder has the ability to play rationally and handle the pressure of competition.

He earned the rating as three-star recruit by Rivals.com and stood out as No. 65 athlete in the nation according to ESPN.com.

Crowder played college football at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. As a freshman he played all 12 games and recorded 14 receptions for 163 yards and one touchdown. Crowder became a starter his sophomore year and started all 13 games and the remainder years was nothing but successful.

With his extraordinary football confidence and strong football mind he attained the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC)’s record of 283 in 2014 Sun Bowl, which was the final game he played in college.

Crowder was selected by Washington Redskins in the 105th overall pick of the 2015 NFL Draft (Washington’s fourth round pick) and signed the four year agreement in May 2015.

It is the quickness and route proficiency that helps him outdo the limitations of his size. Such performance would only be possible with focus, hard work and confidence.

Crowder has been well supported by his parents James and Brenda Crowder, his family, friends and community. With all the support he played bigger than his size with a focused football mind that’s unstoppable.

When asked by NFL authorities how he would deal with the limitation of his size, he replied that he is a “fierce competitor” and as we see nothing is stopping him.
